Advanco is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Coordinator to support its team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating daily project and site operations, manpower deployment, logistics, documentation, and communication between project locations, clients, and internal departments.
The ideal candidate will have strong manpower and site coordination experience and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities efficiently. UAE experience is preferred, while exposure to ADNOC or Oil & Gas projects will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily project and site operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage manpower mobilization, deployment, transfers, replacements, and demobilization.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Logistics, Transport, and Camp teams regarding operational requirements.
• Monitor manpower needs, attendance, timesheets, and site staffing levels.
• Liaise with clients and site representatives regarding operational and manpower requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational and manpower reports.
• Follow up on employee leave, replacements, documentation, and mobilization activities.
• Monitor visa, medical, certification, and site-access requirements.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the General Manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Manpower Contracting.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Strong experience in manpower deployment, site coordination, and operational follow-up.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of:
• MS Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Manpower planning, attendance, timesheets, and site documentation.
• Visa, medical, certification, mobilization, and site-access requirements.
