Description:
Happiest Minds Technologies is currently hiring experienced On-site L1 Network Engineers for an exciting opportunity within a healthcare environment in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for networking professionals with strong hands-on experience in enterprise networking, structured cabling, Wi-Fi technologies, and Cisco/Aruba infrastructure support.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting network connectivity, troubleshooting LAN/WLAN issues, handling smart-hands activities, and maintaining network infrastructure within healthcare facilities. The company is looking for technically skilled professionals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced and mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support LAN, WLAN, and IP telephony connectivity issues
• Perform smart-hands activities, cable patching, and troubleshooting
• Support Cisco and Aruba switches, access points, and NAC platforms
• Handle incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or Remedy
• Maintain IDF/MDF rooms and structured cabling infrastructure
• Coordinate with NOC teams, L2/L3 engineers, and external vendors
• Support healthcare and biomedical device connectivity operations
• Monitor and maintain enterprise network performance
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of networking experience
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Aruba technologies
• Knowledge of enterprise LAN/WLAN environments
• Experience with structured cabling and fiber troubleshooting
• Familiarity with IP telephony and firewall concepts
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in onsite support environments
• LAN/WLAN and enterprise Wi-Fi technologies
• Cisco and Aruba switching infrastructure
• Structured cabling and fiber connectivity
• ITSM tools and incident management systems
Certifications:
• CCNA Certification Mandatory
