Job Description
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of sales, administration, and customer engagement, while ensuring smooth service delivery across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions (walk-ins & calls)
- Prepare quotations and process invoices
- Maintain accurate sales and stock records
- Coordinate product deliveries
- Support branch administration and reporting
- Assist in marketing activities and in-store promotions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
