Office Administrator

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 6,500 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office, supporting staff, and handling administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure a well-stocked and functional workspace.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases in both physical and digital formats.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records.
  • Liaise with vendors, building management, and service providers for office maintenance and services.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is highly desirable.
