Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage project execution activities according to company standards
• Ensure construction quality, safety compliance, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and site personnel
• Monitor documentation, project schedules, and reporting procedures
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations
• Support site operations, inspections, and project coordination activities
• Ensure all assigned responsibilities are completed within project timelines
• Contribute to maintaining high construction and operational standards
Requirements:
• Previous experience in construction, engineering, safety, quality assurance, or document control roles
• Multi-villa project experience is mandatory for Project Manager applicants
• Strong technical, coordination, and communication skills
• Knowledge of UAE construction industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environments
• Team-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities
• Relevant educational qualifications and certifications preferred according to the role
• Commitment to quality, safety, and professional excellence
