Multi-Unit Area Manager

We are currently hiring a Multi-Unit Area Manager to oversee school food and hospitality operations across multiple sites in Dubai. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for professionals who thrive in managing people, performance, and service standards within a dynamic educational environment.

The role is structured around the academic calendar, providing the benefit of all UAE school holidays and planned downtime between terms. This offers a rare and attractive work–life balance within the food and beverage sector.

What You Will Do

• Lead, guide, and support Head Chefs, kitchen teams, and on-site staff across multiple school locations
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and customer service at all sites
• Oversee budgets, stock control, inventory management, and key operational KPIs
• Coordinate and support school events, catering requirements, and hospitality functions
• Drive staff development initiatives, recruitment processes, and compliance with regulations and policies

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple food service or hospitality locations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
• Commercial awareness with hands-on experience handling budgets and performance metrics
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
