- Represent Inkomoko Kenya externally: Act as an ambassador in the local business community, conferences, and other events; cultivate relationships with business leaders in Kakuma; and stay current on business and industry trends in Kenya and across East Africa.
- Maintain client engagement: Keep frequent contact with Business Associates and Business Development Advisors, conduct site visits when needed, ensure clients remain engaged, and refer them to other Inkomoko Kenya services when appropriate.
- Report to stakeholders: Compile and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports so stakeholders receive accurate updates on time.
- Assess businesses and growth opportunities: Visit client businesses and conduct interviews to understand needs, obstacles, and opportunities; quality-check consulting outputs that define client strengths and weaknesses.
