Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales and merchandising activities in assigned territories to drive brand visibility and product availability.
- Implement promotional and route-to-market strategies as directed.
- Represent the company professionally at all customer and consumer touchpoints.
- Provide accurate field reports and feedback using assigned android devices.
- Adhere to company standards for discipline, punctuality, and conduct.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 21 years of age.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales and merchandising.
- A post-high school certificate or higher qualification.
- Presentable appearance with a strong passion for sales.
- Highly disciplined and proficient in using Android smartphones for work-related tasks.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to provide guarantors and references from past employers covering up to 3 years.
- A valid Police Clearance Certificate.
- A valid Health Certificate (or proof of medical fitness).
