Description:
Dash Group Global is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join its expanding construction team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating MEP activities, overseeing site execution, and ensuring projects are completed in accordance with technical specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the execution of MEP works on construction projects.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems throughout project phases.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Review technical drawings and resolve engineering issues during construction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and construction standards.
• Contribute to successful project delivery within timelines and budget.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
• Experience in site execution, MEP coordination, and project management.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
