BLite is currently seeking a talented and highly creative Marketing Support & Design Specialist to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for design professionals who are passionate about branding, visual storytelling, and creating impactful marketing materials that connect with audiences across digital and print platforms.
The role is heavily focused on graphic design and creative execution while also requiring a basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign support. The selected candidate will contribute to strengthening the brand identity of BLite through engaging visuals, innovative ideas, and consistent creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design visually appealing marketing and branding materials for digital and print platforms
• Create engaging social media creatives, promotional graphics, packaging concepts, and campaign visuals
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring all designs align with branding and performance objectives
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and visual communication strategies
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color usage, and overall visual identity across all materials
• Assist with basic video content creation and editing for social media and promotional use
• Adapt designs according to platform requirements and audience engagement trends
• Ensure all projects are delivered within deadlines while maintaining high-quality creative standards
• Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing practices, and creative tools
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design or related creative roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, and marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms, online content formats, and campaign objectives
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Creative mindset with the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling designs
• Basic video editing and content creation skills will be considered an advantage
• Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply
