The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement, and support business growth across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Create engaging digital content for social media platforms and promotional campaigns.

• Manage and optimize social media accounts to improve reach and audience interaction.

• Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and marketing events.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for management review.

• Engage with customers online to build strong brand relationships and loyalty.

• Contribute creative ideas for content development, advertising, and promotional strategies.

Requirements:

• Female Arab candidate (Gen Z preferred).

• Previous marketing experience within the UAE is required.

• Must be a graduate from a UAE-based university.

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.

• Prior experience in the beauty salon or beauty industry is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and social media management.

• Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing tasks.

• Must be available for immediate joining.
