Description:
Wellness By Design is looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Manager to join its Dubai-based team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is passionate about beauty, wellness, and healthy living, and is eager to lead innovative campaigns across dermatology, aesthetics, and nutrition segments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong brand visibility, driving engagement, and executing impactful marketing initiatives that align with the company’s vision of promoting better health and lifestyle solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across Derma, Aesthetics, and Nutrition segments
• Lead digital marketing efforts including social media, online campaigns, and content creation
• Oversee brand communication to ensure consistency and strong market presence
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, promotional activities, and strategic partnerships
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
• Identify new marketing opportunities and trends within the wellness and healthcare industry
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing within the wellness, beauty, or healthcare sectors
• Strong understanding of Derma, Aesthetics, and Nutrition markets
• Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing strategies
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign execution
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Arabic language skills are preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
