Role Overview
This role sits within a marketing team and focuses on producing visual and written content that keeps the brand consistent across social media, web, and presentations. On a typical day, you will turn existing articles and campaign ideas into graphics, posters, and short videos, while also writing copy to support those assets. Your work matters because it helps the team publish fresh, on-brand content more quickly and keeps audiences engaged across every channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Design on-brand graphics for social media posts, web banners, and presentation decks.
- Reformat articles and campaign materials into visual assets such as posters, carousels, quote cards, and short-form video reels.
- Assist with photo and video shoots, including setting up equipment, capturing content, and organizing raw files.
- Complete basic video edits, including trimming footage, adding captions, syncing audio, and exporting for different platforms.
- Write marketing copy for social media captions, posters, blog posts, articles, and other communication pieces.
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts, incorporate feedback, and polish assets before publishing.
- Keep digital asset libraries and project files organized so team members can locate and reuse approved content.
- Monitor social media trends and platform formats, then suggest new creative ideas that fit the brand.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- No full-time professional experience required; this is an entry-level opportunity suited to students and recent graduates.
- Comfort using Adobe Creative Suite (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Affinity apps, and Canva.
- A foundational grasp of digital marketing and the way social media content is created.
- Ability to write clear, engaging marketing copy for different formats and audiences.
- Comfort supporting photography and video shoots, plus basic editing tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability when handling day-to-day responsibilities.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Driven, adaptable, and willing to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
