Description:
Cello Hospitality Group is actively seeking a creative and performance-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and elevate marketing initiatives across its portfolio of restaurant brands in Dubai. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can combine creativity with data insights to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple restaurant brands
• Plan, execute, and monitor both digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Manage influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and promotional activities
• Track campaign performance, analyze sales data, and generate actionable insights
• Ensure brand consistency and strong market positioning across all channels
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of proven experience in marketing, specifically within the F&B industry
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign planning, and execution
• Hands-on experience in handling influencer marketing and partnerships
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
