An established aesthetic clinic in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and support brand growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement within a competitive healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will oversee digital marketing, branding, social media activities, and lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives. Candidates with strong leadership skills and immediate availability are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to support business growth.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, including Graphic Designers and Marketing Executives.
• Oversee digital marketing, branding, social media, and promotional activities.
• Monitor marketing performance and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with management to improve brand awareness and patient engagement.
• Ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetic industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
