Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns promoting Safety in Engineering services, solutions, training, audits, and compliance initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and company websites.
- Create engaging and informative content for social media, including graphics, short videos, captions, blog snippets, safety awareness posts, and promotional materials aligned with the Safety in Engineering brand and target audience.
- Support the promotion of engineering safety training, certifications, inspections, occupational health & safety campaigns, and related events through online marketing channels.
- Monitor social media platforms for industry trends, client feedback, safety conversations, and competitor activities, and actively engage audiences through timely responses to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop innovative strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and positioning the business unit as a trusted safety and engineering solutions provider.
- Assist in preparing and sharing newsletters related to safety engineering services, industry insights, training opportunities, and company updates while recommending strategies to grow the newsletter subscriber base.
- Ensure regular updates of safety-related blogs, articles, case studies, and project highlights on the company websites and digital platforms.
- Track and analyze social media and digital marketing performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and provide recommendations for campaign improvement and audience engagement.
- Research and stay updated on emerging trends in engineering, occupational health and safety (OHS), construction safety, ESG, compliance standards, and digital marketing best practices.
- Support branding, event marketing, proposal presentations, and other marketing-related activities for the Safety in Engineering Business Unit as assigned.
- Assist with photography, videography, and documentation during safety trainings, inspections, field activities, and company events for marketing and communication purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Experience using graphic design or video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Passion for marketing, creativity, and willingness to learn.
