About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing hospitality business that values creativity, data-driven decisions, and a collaborative spirit.
Role Objective
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to help drive our brand presence and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, sales, and revenue growth to scale our growth and engage our target audience.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and offline channels.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor movements, and customer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Partner with internal designers, product teams, and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
- Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their pain points, and present our products/services as tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new growth areas.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Job Specifications and Qualifications
- At least 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in the B2B space.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and adaptable to changing market needs.
