Description:
An Emiratization opportunity is currently available in Dubai for a Social Media Marketing Executive within a leading beauty supplies and salon products company. This role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals with a Family Book and is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing and social media management.
The selected candidate will work in a flexible hybrid setup, attending the office only two days per week. The role focuses on managing and growing the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms while supporting marketing strategies in the beauty and lifestyle sector.
This position is best suited for creative and digitally skilled professionals who are eager to develop their career in marketing within a dynamic and fast-growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging digital content across multiple channels
• Develop social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
• Monitor performance analytics and prepare regular reports on engagement and reach
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and promotions
• Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, and similar platforms for campaign management
• Stay updated with digital trends in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries
• Support content creation tailored for target audience engagement
Requirements:
• Must be a UAE National with Family Book (Emiratization role)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries preferred
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar tools
• Strong creativity, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
