Role Overview
Our client in the FMCG sector is seeking a strategic and high-energy Marketing Executive to drive brand growth and market penetration. This role is designed for a professional who can blend data-driven market research with creative campaign execution to differentiate our products in a highly competitive landscape. You will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing lifecycle—from high-level strategy and go-to-market planning for new launches to managing agency relationships and tracking campaign ROI. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and a proven track record of scaling brands within the FMCG space.
Core Work Functions
Strategic Planning & Brand Stewardship

Formulate and execute integrated marketing plans that align with overarching business goals.

Define and strengthen the company’s brand image, ensuring a cohesive visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints.

Collaborate with sales and product development teams to engineer strategies that boost customer engagement.

Monitor critical marketing KPIs to evaluate campaign success and pivot strategies for maximum impact.
Market Intelligence & Product Marketing

Conduct in-depth market research to decode consumer trends and competitor maneuvers.

Lead comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for new product rollouts, including pricing, packaging, and promotional mechanics.

Analyze market data to provide actionable insights on product positioning and increasing market share.

Review post-launch performance and refine strategies based on real-world sales data and consumer feedback.
Campaign Management & Execution

Design and manage multi-channel campaigns spanning digital platforms, retail activations, and traditional media.

Direct creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure the production of high-quality marketing collateral.

Provide senior management with detailed reports and actionable insights derived from campaign performance tracking.

Equip the sales department with the necessary marketing tools, POS materials, and training to maximize field impact.
Candidate Requirements
Academic & Professional Background

Education: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the FMCG industry, with a verifiable history of successful brand building and product marketing.

Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing analytics tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
