Blue Coral Concepts is looking for a qualified Accountant to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry and possess strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
This role involves managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, supporting payroll and supplier payments, and ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards. Candidates with hands-on experience using Xero Accounting and those currently based in the UAE are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Monitor restaurant sales, operating expenses, petty cash, and daily financial reports.
• Support payroll processing, supplier payments, and financial documentation.
• Prepare management reports and assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support audit processes when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Xero Accounting is mandatory.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:

• UAE accounting practices and Microsoft Excel.
