Role Overview
This role sits at the heart of the school’s marketing operation, supporting the Director of Marketing to plan and deliver campaigns that strengthen the Peponi brand and engage families, prospective parents, and the wider school community. Day to day, you will juggle hands-on creative work—such as designing promotional materials, managing social media content, and coordinating event logistics—with essential administrative tasks like maintaining pupil data, generating CRM reports, and liaising with external suppliers. Your efforts will directly shape how Peponi Schools are perceived and ensure that every marketing touchpoint reflects the school’s core values and ethos.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily running of the marketing department by handling administrative tasks that keep campaigns and projects on track.
- Manage and update pupil data records, and produce regular analytics reports from the school’s CRM system for the marketing team.
- Create compelling visual and written content for multiple platforms—including social media, the school website, blogs, and email communications.
- Design and produce a wide range of printed materials, such as flyers, billboards, magazines, signage, newsletters (Pep Talk and PHKK), and school merchandise.
- Coordinate all school photography and videography, from major events and ceremonies to class and individual portraits.
- Organise and execute marketing events—conferences, exhibitions, sponsored events—and assist with promotional presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs of target audiences, monitor competitor activity, and spot trends that can inform future marketing strategies.
- Work with suppliers and service providers to source materials and services, ensuring timelines and budgets are respected.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable preparing presentations and writing marketing literature (prospectuses, brochures, press releases).
- Advanced IT proficiency, including spreadsheet software for data analysis and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar) for designing visual assets.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content scheduling, and community management.
- Analytical mindset—able to interpret data from campaigns and surveys to identify patterns and improve performance.
- Team‑oriented with a flexible, adaptable approach; willingness to support colleagues across various projects.
- High attention to detail, especially when proofreading materials and maintaining brand consistency.
- Experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role is preferred; familiarity with the education sector is a plus but not required.
