Role Overview
You will be the operational engine behind the brand’s visibility and in-store presence, converting marketing plans into real-world executions across outdoor media, retail outlets, events, and corporate initiatives. Your day-to-day focus is coordinating agencies, suppliers, and internal teams so that every campaign lands correctly, every budget line is reconciled, and every touchpoint reflects the brand consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all above-the-line media assets, including outdoor billboards, pylon signage, and vehicle wraps, from supplier negotiation to contract renewals and performance tracking.
- Own the financial side of marketing projects: prepare budgets, process invoices, track spend against forecasts, and deliver accurate monthly reconciliation reports.
- Drive in-store conversion by planning and placing additional display units (ADUs), window branding, and shelf-level visibility materials across modern trade, general trade, and HORECA outlets.
- Lead product launch events, sampling drives, and field campaigns, coordinating brand ambassadors and external activation agencies to ensure consistent execution.
- Organize corporate events, factory visitor experiences, and CSR programs that strengthen the company’s reputation with employees, communities, and partners.
- Manage year-end corporate gifting, customer appreciation activities, and internal marketing inventory, including promotional materials and branded merchandise.
- Conduct regular audits of outdoor placements and in-store branding, identifying visibility issues, route gaps, or wear-and-tear and arranging timely fixes.
- Train field teams on brand standards, update them on campaign priorities, and align office spaces and meeting areas with the current visual identity.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in marketing, trade marketing, brand activation, or a similar FMCG role.
- Working knowledge of FMCG distribution channels, specifically modern trade (MT), general trade (GT), and HORECA.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, reconcile expenses, and handle procurement with external vendors.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable traveling to field locations and working flexible hours around event schedules and activation timelines.
- Solid computer proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools, especially spreadsheets and presentation software.
Personal Attributes
- Integrity and transparency when dealing with vendors, budgets, and internal stakeholders.
- High energy and a sense of ownership that drives initiatives from idea to completion without constant supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing brand layouts, contracts, and spending reports.
- Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with sales, finance, and external partners.
- Clear, proactive communication for presenting strategies and maintaining professional correspondence.
