Marketing Assistant

A company based in Dubai is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of marketing knowledge, technical website management skills, and creative abilities to support digital operations and marketing initiatives.

This role is best suited for professionals who are fluent in Spanish and English, with hands-on experience in managing websites, digital platforms, and online marketing activities. Candidates must be currently based in Dubai and capable of working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update websites and digital platforms efficiently

• Handle website deployment, maintenance, hosting, and domain management tasks

• Troubleshoot and support website performance and technical issues

• Assist in digital marketing campaigns and online promotional activities

• Create and support basic graphic design materials for marketing use

• Manage social media accounts and support content publishing

• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and technical requirements

• Support content updates and ensure digital platforms remain optimized

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory

• Strong experience in website management and digital platforms

• Knowledge of web hosting, domains, and infrastructure management

• Understanding of website deployment and maintenance processes

• Basic graphic design skills required

• Experience in social media management is essential

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE

PLUS (Preferred Skills):

• Arabic language skills will be an advantage

• Experience in photography, video production, or video editing is a plus
