- Grow and manage online community groups on WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and other platforms by sharing content, welcoming new members, and driving participation in promotional activities.
- Plan simple group engagement activities, share campaign updates and incentives, and answer routine community questions while following up with active promoters.
- Conduct market research on competitors, social media trends, user opinions, and local market feedback to inform marketing decisions.
- Assist with offline event execution, including preparing materials, guest registration, reception duties, photography, and on-site coordination.
- Keep marketing files, content assets, influencer records, community data, and event documents organised for the whole team.

- Strong understanding of current social media trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Detail-oriented organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting offline events.
