Your objective is to ensure uninterrupted guest comfort and operational continuity by executing rigorous preventive and corrective maintenance programs. You will take ownership of the facility’s lifecycle management—overseeing heavy utilities (generators, water treatment, HVAC) and structural upkeep while leading an on-site team of technicians and external contractors. • Formulate contingency plans and manage rapid response logistics for emergency repair scenarios.

Asset Upkeep & Utility Management

  • Monitor the performance and efficiency of critical infrastructure, including generators, water purification systems, and HVAC units.

  • Maintain structural maintenance logs, equipment histories, and compliance records with absolute transparency.

  • Track inventory levels for spare parts, technical tools, and maintenance consumables to prevent procurement delays.

  • Assess equipment degradation and recommend timely upgrades or energy-efficient replacements to management.

Team Leadership & Safety Compliance

  • Delegate daily work orders to maintenance technicians, ensuring optimal labor distribution and task execution.

  • Supervise third-party contractors and vendors, auditing their work to ensure it aligns with corporate standards.

  • Enforce workplace safety protocols, ensuring the team properly utilizes personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Draft operational maintenance reports and budget updates to keep senior management informed.
