We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee our supply chain operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive cost-effective, customer-focused logistics strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations.
• Lead, develop, and manage the logistics team with strong people management skills.
• Evaluate and oversee 3PL providers and partnerships to ensure service excellence.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Apply strong knowledge of computer systems and logistics management tools.
• Demonstrate excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Implement policies to improve efficiency and accuracy across operations.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Manage transportation, courier selection, and rate negotiation.
• Handle vendor management and contract negotiations effectively.
• Control logistics budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track and improve performance using KPIs.
• Oversee fleet and drop-shipping operations.
• Adaptability to respond effectively to changing business needs.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or courier operations is highly desirable.
