Description:

IJAD Transport L.L.C is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Foreman to join its precast transport operations team in Dubai. The company is looking for a reliable and organized professional who can efficiently manage logistics coordination, transport scheduling, and site-related activities within a fast-paced operational environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on experience in logistics and transportation management within the UAE and possess strong leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and transport activities related to precast operations.

• Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely transportation of materials to project sites.

• Coordinate with drivers, site teams, and operations staff to maintain smooth workflow and communication.

• Monitor transport operations and ensure efficient route planning based on UAE road networks.

• Maintain proper records of deliveries, vehicle movement, and operational activities.

• Support site management activities and resolve logistical issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, transport safety standards, and operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics operations, transport coordination, or related field.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Fluency in Urdu and Hindi is required for effective communication with operational teams.

• Strong coordination, organizational, and site management abilities.

• Experience in transport scheduling and delivery planning is highly preferred.

• Good knowledge of UAE roads, transport regulations, and logistics operations.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.
