Job Description

Lead Interior Designer

Position Overview

The role of a Lead Interior Designer is to oversee the creative, technical, and project management aspects of interior design projects from concept to completion. This position leads the design team, ensuring the client’s vision is realized and that the work meets functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in interior design.
  • Proven track record of managing full design life cycles.
  • Proficiency in design software and project management tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Trello, Asana, etc.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to interior design and construction.
