GLS Landscaping is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Landscape Draftsman to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in landscape drafting who can prepare accurate technical drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The selected candidate will be responsible for producing landscape construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings while maintaining CAD standards and supporting site teams. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and update Hardscape, Softscape, Grading, and Setting-Out drawings.
• Develop plans, sections, detailed drawings, schedules, and typical construction details.
• Coordinate drawings with Architectural, Civil, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and Coordination Drawings.
• Maintain CAD standards, including layers, Xrefs, drawing formats, and revision control.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing-related issues and provide technical support.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably within the landscaping industry.
• Strong understanding of landscape construction drawings and drafting.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of dimensions, levels, sections, materials, and construction details.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• AutoCAD and CAD drafting standards
• Landscape construction drawings, Hardscape, Softscape, and Grading
• Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and multidisciplinary coordination
