A reputable construction company involved in high-rise development projects in Dubai is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in site engineering and gain hands-on experience in large-scale construction environments.
The selected candidate will support site operations, assist senior engineers, and ensure that construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, safety standards, and project specifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day site supervision and support ongoing construction activities on high-rise projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
• Verify that all site work is carried out according to approved drawings, plans, and instructions.
• Support senior engineers in project planning, reporting, and technical site activities.
• Help maintain site records, documentation, and progress updates.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures on site.
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior UAE construction experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of construction methods, site execution, and engineering principles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
