Job Description
We are a growing building materials trading company based in Sharjah and are looking to hire a Junior Purchase & Logistics Co-Ordinator with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle local and international purchasing of building materials
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain timely deliveries
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse team
- Arrange logistics, transportation, and shipment tracking
- Ensure proper documentation for deliveries and shipments
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and transport companies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing and logistics (preferably in building materials trading)
- Good knowledge of UAE market suppliers and transporters
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 (based on experience)
