Description
ATTA Shipping & Cargo is seeking a proactive and organized Junior Operations Coordinator to join its growing operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in air cargo operations who are looking to build their career within the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
The successful candidate will assist with cargo operations, prepare and maintain shipping documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure the smooth movement of shipments. The ideal applicant is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily air cargo operations and shipment activities.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate cargo documentation.
• Communicate with internal departments and logistics partners.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide operational updates.
• Support the timely processing of cargo movements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
• Maintain organized operational records and files.
• Assist with general operational and administrative duties.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in air cargo handling, cargo operations, and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
