A leading Fitness & Sports company in the UAE is currently seeking a passionate and creative Junior Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals at the early stage of their marketing career who are eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to exciting campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will assist in executing marketing initiatives, managing content, and supporting daily marketing operations while working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels
• Coordinate social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and audience engagement
• Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and presentations
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems accurately
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a similar role
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads Manager
• Basic knowledge of content creation and brand management
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
