Junior Creative Designer (2 Openings)

Role Overview

As a Junior Creative Designer, you’ll turn client briefs into clear, engaging visuals for campaigns spanning digital and traditional media. Working with the Creative Arts team and reporting to the hiring manager, you’ll help maintain each client’s brand identity while supporting the timely delivery of effective campaign assets and pitch materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and finished designs for advertising campaigns, using client briefs, brand guidelines and campaign goals to guide your work.
• Create digital campaign assets such as social media graphics, banners and related marketing materials.
• Share ideas in brainstorming sessions and contribute visual concepts to campaigns and client pitches.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools to produce accurate, polished work.
• Apply feedback from the Art Director, senior designers and other stakeholders to refine your designs.
• Check deliverables for accuracy, consistency and errors, and complete assignments to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with colleagues including copywriters, photographers, illustrators, designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
• Support internal design requests, keep up with relevant creative tools and practices, and take part in development activities to strengthen your skills.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Art, Visual Communication, UX or a related field.
• Relevant experience in creative design, visual design, UX or art direction, supported by a portfolio of work.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to create visual assets for campaign use.
• Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines and respond constructively to feedback.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable communication and a proactive approach to assigned work.
