Description:
A reputed interior fit-out company in Dubai is currently seeking an experienced Joinery Estimator to join its growing technical and commercial team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in joinery estimation, cost analysis, and project pricing within the UAE interior fit-out industry.
This role involves working closely with design, production, and project management teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive tender submissions for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs for joinery and fit-out projects
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and material requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
• Develop accurate tender documents and pricing proposals for submission
• Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with production, design, and project teams for accurate costing
• Maintain updated estimation records and costing databases
• Ensure all estimates align with project budgets and deadlines
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in joinery or interior fit-out estimation
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, production methods, and site execution
• Experience in BOQ preparation, tendering, and project costing is required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation-related software
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
