Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Diploma or Bachelor’s in Education, Political Science, Law, Public Administration, or related fields).
Have prior experience in electoral processes, civic education, training, or public administration.
Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Be familiar with Kenya’s electoral frameworks, IEBC guidelines, and constitutional provisions.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with IEBC’s mission of strengthening democracy through credible elections.
Voter educator roles require civic engagement, training, and outreach.
Presiding officer roles require leadership, polling station management, and compliance oversight.
Trainer roles require instructional capacity, coordination, and technical support.
Clerk roles require accuracy, efficiency, and operational support during polling and tallying.
