LAWGICAL GROUP is seeking a Corporate Legal Associate to join its Dubai team. This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional with UAE corporate law experience who is confident in client handling, legal drafting, and managing commercial matters independently.
The successful candidate will support corporate and commercial legal activities, prepare and review agreements, assist with compliance matters, and provide practical legal solutions while working with clients and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review corporate and commercial agreements.
• Assist with corporate structuring, commercial advisory, and compliance matters.
• Manage client calls, meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing legal matters.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders when required.
• Provide practical and commercially effective legal solutions to clients.
• Review and prepare legal documents including NDAs, MOUs, Service Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Requirements:
• LLB Graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of corporate legal experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong legal drafting and contract review abilities.
• Hands-on experience with corporate and commercial agreements.
• Good understanding of UAE corporate and commercial laws, including Mainland and Free Zone structures.
• Ability to independently manage clients and coordinate multiple matters.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
