Mazaya Center Government Services is seeking an experienced IT Officer to join its team in Dubai. The role involves supporting and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure while ensuring smooth and secure digital operations across all systems.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing networks, hardware, software, and providing technical support to ensure uninterrupted business operations. The position also involves working with secure systems, including government-related digital platforms and portals.
This role requires a proactive IT professional who can maintain system stability, enhance cybersecurity, and apply best practices in IT operations within a structured and service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, and software.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
• Ensure system security, data protection, and business continuity.
• Support court-related digital platforms and UAE government portals.
• Monitor system performance and implement IT best practices.
• Maintain system updates, backups, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for IT requirements and improvements.
Requirements:
• Experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection practices.
