Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Entry Level)
We are seeking a recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. You will provide first-line support to staff, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to staff.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
- Support Microsoft 365 users.
- Assist with email setup, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support IT projects and system improvements.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Completed degree within the last 1 year.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Curious, proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
- Good communication and people skills.
