Role Overview

This position is responsible for keeping the outbound material flow accurate and on schedule. You will act as the central link between warehouse staff, drivers, and grading supervisors, ensuring every truck is loaded with the exact product grades, quantities, and documentation before it leaves the site. Your attention to detail directly protects the company from dispatch errors, stock discrepancies, and operational delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive daily truck allocation schedules from the Team Leader and confirm loading priorities for each shift.
• Direct and supervise Loaders, Forklift Operators, and Godown Clerks to ensure trucks are filled correctly and depart on time.
• Cross-check SAP codes, colour codes, material types, quantities, and truck numbers against the delivery note or waybill before authorising any issue.
• Guide truck drivers on safe positioning at loading bays and coordinate with loaders to maintain a smooth, hazard-free operation.
• Liaise with the Assistant Manager – Grading to obtain final sign-off on loaded materials and arrange prompt transfer to the receiving area.
• Work closely with the Production Department to synchronise material availability with loading schedules and prevent bottlenecks.
• Flag any mismatch between physical stock and system records, then escalate corrections to the Grading Manager for resolution.
• Support Godown Clerks in moving verified materials from the receiving area into the correct storage locations without delays.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or materials coordination environment.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is considered a strong advantage.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining loading records and cross-referencing data.
