Description:

HSJB Global is currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join their growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident in handling client communication, and capable of driving sales through effective lead generation and relationship management. This role offers excellent growth opportunities in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and generate new business leads

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

• Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales

• Manage and update customer data using Zoho CRM

• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals

• Support business development initiatives and client acquisition strategies

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development

• Experience working with Zoho CRM is preferred

• Tagalog-speaking candidates will be given preference

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Recruitment or HR background will be considered an added advantage

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
