Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily retail and hypermarket operations depending on assigned role
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store functioning
• Manage stock, inventory, and product displays effectively
• Supervise staff and maintain operational discipline in departments
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting activities
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or hypermarket industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Leadership skills (for supervisory and management roles)
