A leading holding company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the HR function across its group companies. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in HR operations, compliance, and government relations, ready to contribute to a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

  • Lead HR operations and manage a diverse workforce across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal policies.
  • Oversee payroll management, HR processes, and employee relations.
  • Manage government relations and liaise with relevant authorities.
  • Provide strategic input to support organizational growth and talent management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 8–10 years in HR, including 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, HR operations, and payroll & compliance.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a holding/group company structure.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
