Role Overview
This role provides hands-on HR support for a deployed workforce on an international government contract. You will manage the day-to-day administration of employee lifecycle events—from onboarding to demobilization—while ensuring records are accurate, compliant, and secure. Your work directly enables a multinational team to operate smoothly in an austere, fast-paced environment where HR processes must stand up to audit and legal scrutiny.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track employee lifecycle actions (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, demobilizations) within the HRIS, ensuring each transaction is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain personnel files and HR records to meet company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards, keeping both digital and physical documentation current.
- Support employee relations investigations by collecting information, documenting findings, maintaining confidential investigation records, and assisting with follow-up actions.
- Advise employees and supervisors on HR policies, workplace expectations, and conflict resolution, fostering a respectful and professional culture.
- Coordinate training schedules and track completion for a diverse, international workforce.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics, then prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for leadership and employee programs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and implement process improvements in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist with workforce planning, special projects, and other HR initiatives as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related discipline strongly preferred.
