An organization based in Dubai South is currently looking to hire a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on IT recruitment. This role is ideal for HR professionals who are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within the IT sector.
The selected candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition while also contributing to overall HR operations. This includes managing employee engagement initiatives, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring company policies are implemented effectively in line with UAE labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Support employee engagement and overall HR operations
• Maintain HRMS systems and prepare HR-related reports
• Ensure implementation of company policies and compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill hiring and HR requirements
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of HR experience within the UAE
• Strong background in IT recruitment is essential
• Fluency in both Hindi and English
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
