HR Executive – Recruitment

JJR Building Contracting LLC is urgently looking for an experienced HR Executive – Recruitment to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in recruitment within the UAE and be confident in managing end-to-end hiring activities for construction-related roles.

This position is best suited for a professional with hands-on experience recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar employees. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and understand the UAE labor market, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing construction company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

• Handle bulk hiring for blue-collar and white-collar positions.

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate suitable candidates.

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely hiring.

• Stay updated with UAE labor market trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of HR and Recruitment experience in the UAE.

• Dubai/UAE recruitment experience is mandatory.

• Proven experience in bulk hiring for blue-collar and white-collar roles.

• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruitment coordination skills.

• Good understanding of the UAE labor market and recruitment procedures.

• Experience recruiting for the construction industry is highly preferred.
