Job Description

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of operations, client relations, and people management. You will take end-to-end ownership of contracted services delivered on a client site, making sure every piece of work—whether routine or newly requested—stays aligned with the written agreement and the client's evolving needs. On any given day, you might be reviewing scope documents, resolving a logistics conflict between teams, advising managers on a performance issue, or preparing compliance reports, all with the goal of keeping service quality consistent and contractual risk low.

Your work matters because a service contract only succeeds when someone actively monitors its execution. You act as the bridge between the client, the onsite workforce, and internal support functions, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks and that every team is working from the same playbook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the operational delivery of all in-scope work plus any additional tasks requested under the contract, from initial planning through execution and final review.
  • Analyze contract terms regularly to verify that day-to-day activities reflect both client expectations and company standards, flagging any gaps for correction.
  • Track compliance against service commitments and intervene quickly when performance metrics or deliverable timelines are at risk of being missed.
  • Champion clear communication between all site staff, ensuring that shift handovers, task instructions, and changes to scope are documented and understood across every function.
  • Partner with operations, finance, and legal teams to investigate contract disputes, propose practical resolutions, and reduce potential liability exposure.
  • Manage the full local people agenda—recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, talent development, and training—while maintaining a secure and supportive working environment.
  • Handle employee concerns and grievances promptly and objectively, applying HR policies consistently and escalating complex cases to the central HR department.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and workforce planning to keep the site team motivated and stable.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related discipline—or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • At least five years of contract management experience, ideally within facilities management, real estate, or another service-led environment.
  • Working knowledge of contract law, negotiation principles, procurement processes, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders, leading cross-functional conversations, and resolving conflict constructively.
  • Hands-on proficiency with contract lifecycle management software, workflow tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM are a plus.
