HR Executive (Specialized in Recruitment) – Blue & White-Collar Workers (Immediate Joiner Required)

(Interior Fit-Out & Construction Industry)

We are an established Interior Fit-Out company known for high-quality execution and timely project delivery. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in hiring both blue-collar and white-collar professionals within the interior fit-out, construction, or related industries.

Position Overview

The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle for:

  • Blue-collar roles: carpenters, painters, electricians, gypsum workers, helpers, site laborers, etc.
  • White-collar roles: project managers, engineers, supervisors, estimators, procurement officers, and administrative staff.

This role requires hands-on experience in sourcing skilled trades and technical professionals specifically within construction or fit-out environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue and white-collar positions
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using appropriate recruitment channels
  • Maintain and update an active database of skilled, semi-skilled, and professional candidates
  • Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and site mobilization
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements
  • Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and compliance
  • Monitor workforce attendance, deployment, and hiring timelines
  • Meet urgent and bulk hiring requirements when needed

Required Experience & Skills

  • Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment (Interior Fit-Out/Construction industry preferred)
  • Experience recruiting white-collar construction professionals is a strong advantage
  • Strong knowledge of labor sourcing channels and recruitment networks
  • Ability to handle bulk and urgent manpower requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven
