INDEX Holding is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who excels at identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and managing the complete hiring process across multiple business functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment while working closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. The position requires a proactive approach to sourcing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to the offer stage.
• Proactively source and headhunt qualified professionals for various positions.
• Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future recruitment requirements.
• Deliver a professional and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• UAE recruitment experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

• Competency-based interviewing
• Applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
