Role Overview:

We are seeking an organized HR / Admin Assistant & PRO to manage our office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for all HR and administrative matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of employee visas and labour contracts, enforcing company policies, and managing HR related work.

HR and Admin Operations:

  • Act as the main point of contact for any HR and Admin related requests.
  • Monitor attendance, track employee performance, and manage leave balances (through system/software).
  • Ensure all company policies are implemented properly and strictly followed by all employees.
  • Present regular performance and HR updates to management.
  • Help manage daily admin and office-related tasks.
  • If there is any job opening: Post job vacancy, conduct background checks, and arrange interview schedules. Conduct initial interviews to filter and vet candidates before management review.

PRO & Labour Compliance:

  • Document Tracking & Renewals: Proactively track and manage the renewal timelines for all company and employee documents, including Visas, Labour Contracts and Trade Licenses to ensure zero expiration or fines.
  • Independently manage the process to apply, renew, and cancel labour contracts and visas.
  • Utilize portals including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP (Smart Channels) (and Tasheel / Amer centers if required) to ensure compliance.
  • Handle other PRO-related tasks.
